peace for aceh

Here we are..at e field, everyday after office then go to the field see e kongsuners playing football. i m their manager hahahaha we often have competition now, never won before but not bcos our team played bad, but others people mixed our team with silly players from e hell! huahahaha.


this field is the field to exercise only, the competition is not use this field. this is the field in the village, where is the village of GAM. gam is the organization of Aceh native, or how to say, they fight with capital government from long time ago..i dont remember the year.


1998, it was emergency military condition of Aceh, Government sent so many army to Aceh, it was the time when we always heard bomb, shooting, burning house, swiping, everyday in the town n it was so dangerous went out far from the save lines (police post station&town).

also not allow us to went out after 9pm. that was the time when the economic down, the gam very often gave announcement to not did any activities for 1~10 days, during that time nobody dared to open shop n nobody sold stuffs. all the students stayed at home, no school at all (this happened also in the town-Banda Aceh)

we stocked food at home (instant noodle, eggs, meat, etc) no body sold food in the market. we also got our special ID for the emergency military condition. travel out by bus was very dangerous, all the way checked by capital army or checked by gam. when capital army checked whether there was gam in the bus then we r in big prob between live n die. otherwise when it was police/army (government) n checked by gam then we was in hell.
very often we found dead body on the road shooting by the unknown party, it was very horrible though.

after the emergency military condition, then suddenly end of 2004, Tsunami destroyed Aceh, it was e big tragedy of human life, the land of tears, full of dead body everywhere, dirt n we all less food for first til 1 week n also live in the dark n fear. even until 1 month of tsunami the land still very dirt, army still evacuated dead body from collapsed building, so many!
the dead body buried in the mass cemetery. they was everybody, that could not recognized anymore, frens, neighbors, family, all.

Tsunami passed, we r recovering the land, n everybody (government & gam) signed peace of memorandum, the condition going better during the recovering time, and now after 3 years, it happened again, robbery, kidnapping, shooting gun, ask for money by the unknown party. gam is no longer named 'gam' they r now got their political position in government. everybody in aceh hope in their pray for the peace, our fear was passed away, our hope for tomorrow only live in the normal and peace..!
